Vivian Ejike in a Private Storm

Multiple awards winning female film producer, Vivian Ejike, is poised to dazzle movie buffs again with her latest big budget feature film, A Private Storm. The event takes place today, December 18, at the pristine and posh Four Points Hotel by Sheraton in Lekki, Lagos, with so much glitz and grandeur.

The event is coming a month after the successful Ghana premiere of the movie which held last month at the Silverbird Cinemas. It also commenced showing at the Silverbird Cinemas, Accra, same day, amid applause.

The movie stars notable Nollywood and Ghollywood thespians such as Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Ramsey Nouah Jnr, John Dumello,Ngozi Ezeonu and Ufuoma Ejenobor amongst others.

Written and Produced by Vivian Ejike and directed by Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen and Ikechukwu Onyeka, the movie is set to take fans on a roller coaster ride of emotions. It unfolds around the seemingly picture-perfect lives of Alex and Gina but which bellies a huge ego, insecurities, rage, passion, unconditional love which set in motion, the rapid wheels of an impending storm, whose rage could destroy all in its path.

According to pretty Ejike, a French graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, her latest offering is a movie that is bound to take movie buffs on a roller coaster ride of emotions and spell binding experiences. “It will make you laugh, cry, sad, mad, happy, love, hate, and then… you’ll want to love all over again,” she enthused.

Shedding more light on the thematic value of the movie, which was shot with the best technical equipment, the boss of Purple  Pine Production, further disclosed that it was an expose on domestic abuse and violence, an unspoken evil which ravages our society today and the silent acceptance by victims.
